Cancellation & Refund Policy
At damn it, we value transparency and fairness in all our client relationships. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds across our subscription plans — Essential Plan ($399/month), Pro Plan ($799/month), and Elite Plan ($999/month).
Subscription Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
- First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days of initial purchase.
- After the 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed deliverables (e.g., Logo Design, Website Content Production, Promotional Videos) once delivered to the client.
Project-Based Services
- For one-time or project-based engagements outside subscription plans, cancellations must be requested before work begins.
- If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of project completion.
- Completed milestones (e.g., Brand Messaging, SEO Strategy) are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes
- Any billing disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date.
- We will review disputes promptly and issue refunds where applicable.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after services have been delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction once agreed upon and executed.
- Failure to provide required inputs, approvals, or feedback that delay project timelines.
Refund Request Procedure
- Donors must submit a refund request within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Requests should be made through our official contact page.
- Clients must provide details such as name, transaction ID, amount, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
Tax Implications
The refund will be in line with Indian tax laws. The client has to follow the directions laid down by the Indian Tax Authorities.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10–15 business days to reflect in the client’s account, depending on the payment provider.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
